

Green goddess sauce
- 1 cup reduced fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use.
- Serve as a salad dressing or as a sauce for meat.
