Our programs and initiatives

The Heart Foundation delivers innovative, evidence-based programs and initiatives to support and prevent heart disease in Australia

Support and care and prevention programs

Every day more than 1,000 Australians are treated in hospital for heart disease. Across our country, approximately 580,000 people live with the daily pain, discomfort and challenges of these conditions. The Heart Foundation delivers innovative, evidence-based programs and initiatives to support them, their families and carers.

The Heart Foundation’s prevention programs help raise awareness to prevent people from developing these conditions.
