
Colourful berries, creamy yoghurt and crunchy granola come together in these easy lunchbox cups.
2/3 cup wholegrain granola or muesli (see tip)
1 cup plain Greek-style yoghurt
1 cup fresh berries (see tip)
Divide granola between two 350ml capacity containers with lids.
Spoon over yoghurt.
Top with berries. Cover with lid and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Make ahead: Assemble the night before and refrigerate so they're ready to grab and go in the morning.
Try simple swaps: Choose any combination of seasonal berries, or substitute no added sugar drained canned fruit, such as diced peaches or pears.
