Kid-sized overnight oats packed with fibre, fruit & yoghurt—ready in minutes for a tasty grab and go snack!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup wholegrain rolled oats
  • 1½ teaspoons chia seeds
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yoghurt, plus 2 teaspoons extra to serve
  • 100g mixed fresh berries, to serve
  • 2 teaspoons seed mix
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Method

Step 1

Place oats, chia seeds, milk and yoghurt in a container (about 250ml capacity). Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

Serve topped with extra yoghurt, berries, seed mix and maple syrup.

Tips

  • Make ahead of time: Make the night before and refrigerate so they’re ready to grab and go in the morning.
  • Try simple swaps: Berries can be substituted with any combination of fresh fruit or canned fruit in natural juice. Honey can also be used in place of maple syrup, if preferred.
  • Keep it cool: Always pack an ice brick to keep the lunchbox cool and food safe.
