Creamy banana oat smoothie with yoghurt & honey—quick to make and ideal for school lunches!


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup (185ml) milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 small banana, peeled, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons wholegrain oats
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Step 2

Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Pour into a tall glass.
