Skip For Heart

Join our new skipping challenge

Challenge yourself to 79 skips a day – or more – this November.

Do it to support heart health. Do it in honour of the 79 Australians whose life is cut short by heart disease each day.

Raise funds to support healthier hearts for every generation. It's the fundraising challenge you loved as a kid, all grown up.
