Whether it’s our own health that is impacted or the lives of those close to us, there is a lot to process for those impacted by a heart event or diagnosed condition. This collection of Heart Stories aspires to provide comfort and courage, and to support the Heart Foundation in raising awareness of heart disease and help our efforts to raise much needed funds for heart research, prevention and support programs.
