Coronary heart disease remains a leading cause of death in Australia, despite evidence showing that around one-third of cardiovascular disease deaths are attributable to poor diet and therefore largely preventable. The Heart Foundation and No Money No Time are proud to announce a new partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to help show people in Australia how simple it can be to cook heart-healthy meals on a budget.
No Money No Time is a free, evidence-based nutrition platform created by food and nutrition experts from the University of Newcastle. It is designed to help equip people with the resources needed to help them cook healthily to improve their health and well-being while preventing chronic disease and building lifelong healthy food habits.
