For over 60 years, the Heart Foundation has been the trusted peak body working to improve the prevention, detection, and support of heart disease for all Australians.
While our work has significantly improved survival rates for people experiencing heart attacks and living with heart disease, we won’t be satisfied until heart disease is no longer a threat to any Australian. It remains our nation’s leading cause of death, claiming 51 lives every day.
