Makes cup (170 ml)

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Method

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined.

Step 2

Transfer to a tight fitting jar and refrigerate. Shake well before serving.
