This overall module will explore:

  • Basic monitoring and evaluation concepts and tools that can be applied directly to your project
  • How to measure outcomes with simple tools like a logical model (also called a logframe) to plan and track your work
  • How to gather data that matters
  • Choosing meaningful indicators, all while keeping things manageable for small teams

By the end of this Monitoring and Evaluation Module, you’ll understand how monitoring and evaluation support accountability, learning, and growth. You’ll be better prepared to show what’s working, identify areas needing attention, and explain why your work truly matters.
