Tony’s story: Husband of Jacqui
Tony recalls the night his wife Jacqui went into cardiac arrest and how he performed CPR until the ambulance arrived. When they got to hospital the doctors told him that there was a 50 percent chance that Jacqui would not survive. He talks about coping with the memory loss Jacqui suffered afterwards due to the lack of oxygen supply to her brain and how counselling helped them. Tony is very glad he was able to give Jacqui CPR until medical help arrived.
