As you are over 45 years old, we recommend you should have a heart health check at least every two years.
As you are under 45, we recommend you see your doctor to have your blood pressure, blood cholesterol and blood sugar levels checked.
If you are of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander heritage we recommend you see your doctor for a heart health check if you are over 35 years of age.
