"Living every day with my heart failure" is a booklet of information about heart failure to help you manage your condition. It also includes a “My heart failure” action plan and medicines record sheet.

Heart smart mobstyle resources 

Heart smart mobstyle has been developed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. It has been designed for use at school in the Personal Development, Health and Physical Education subjects and Science and Technology subjects.
The resource includes heart health, healthy nutrition, physical activity and quitting smoking. There is a Teacher’s notes book as well as a Student activity book.
