Terms and Conditions - Heart Healthy Dinner Plan Survey
Name of Competition: 2020 Heart Healthy Dinners Competition
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. You are providing your information to the National Heart Foundation of Australia ABN 98 008 419 761 (Heart Foundation) and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram from any claims. Participation in this promotion is subject to the 2020 Heart Healthy Dinners competition Details of Participation.
Any entrant found to be creating multiple social media accounts (e.g. multiple Twitter accounts) in order to submit more entries will be disqualified.
Details of Participation
Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation and entry is deemed as acceptance of them.
No purchase is necessary to enter the contest or redeem prizes.
Contest commences on 16 November 2020 and entries close at 3pm AEDST on 14 December 2020.
Entries not received by that time & date or not completed in accordance with the Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.
Prize
Prizes: Two prizes, each comprising a Coles Group and Myer Gift Card valued at $50.00.
Total prize pool is valued at $100.00
If any prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for the prize, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the relevant Government department.
All prize values are correct at the time of printing.
Prize/s are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise indicated.
Who can enter
Contest is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or more who complete the Heart Healthy Dinners survey.
Employees and volunteers of the promoter and their immediate family members ARE NOT eligible to enter. Supplier’s employees are eligible to enter
How to enter
Participants who complete the Heart Healthy Dinners survey will be entered automatically upon submitting. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Prize Draw/s
The odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received.
Neither the promoter nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
All prizes are guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all methods of entry of this contest.
All prize draws and redraws will take place at Level 3, 80 William St, East Sydney 2011 at 4pm AEDST on the draw date.
In the event a draw date falls on a non-business day, the draw will be conducted on the next business day.
The prize draw will take place on 14 December 2020.
If a prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, a redraw will be conducted on 14 March 2021.
Notification
Winners will be notified by phone or email where possible. The winners' names will be published on website address https://www.heartfoundation.org.au/Terms-and-Conditions-Dinner-Plan-Survey on 15 December 2020. Winners of redraws (if any) will be published on website address.

The National Heart Foundation of Australia ABN 98 008 419 761 (Heart Foundation, we, us, our) is collecting your survey responses for research purposes. Only the aggregated data will be used. Individual responses will not be personally identifiable.
Your Personal Information is being collected by the Heart Foundation to facilitate services requested by you and /or to keep you informed about Heart Foundation related activities. We respect your privacy and embrace the principles contained in the Privacy Act. We may contact you in the future for the promotion of heart health messages and programs, research, fundraising purposes and invitations to events. If you attend our events you may be photographed or filmed and images &/or audio may be used in various mediums to promote the Heart Foundation. Please tell event staff if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed. Personal details may be provided to third parties where required by law or for the purpose of facilitating services contracted by us, in so doing your personal information may be disclosed to overseas recipients. Communications from us may include mail, email, social media, SMS or telephone contact and may also include messages on behalf of event sponsors and other third parties. By providing your information to us you agree that you have provided your indefinite consent to this contact. You may withdraw consent at any time though in doing so we may not be able to provide you with services requested. The Heart Foundation will not disclose your information to any third party for their marketing purposes.
