Support for young adults: Online events

A series of virtual events for young adults on managing emotional wellbeing.

As a young adult living with a heart condition or as someone caring for them, it is important that we take care of our emotional health and wellbeing.

We have launched Let’s Have a Heart-to-Heart series of virtual events hosted by Carlye Weiner, a clinical psychologist and host of our Supporting Young Hearts: Heart to heart podcast series. This series of virtual events will provide information and tips on how you can look after your emotional health and wellbeing. Each event in the series will focus on a different topic and provide you a chance to share stories, ask questions and meet other people going through similar experiences to you.
