Win a ‘Jump Rope turns 35!’ birthday party hosted by the Jump Rope for Heart team at the winner’s school, including:

  • Two Jump Rope for Heart team members to attend with ‘Happy Heart’ mascot
  • Skipping Demonstration Team to attend and perform (if available)
  • Birthday cake and healthy snacks to be provided

Any student who raises over $500 online will be automatically entered into the competition

    Details of Participation

    Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation and entry is deemed as acceptance of them.

    No purchase is necessary to enter the contest or redeem prizes.

    Contest commences on Monday 29 January 2018 and entries close at 11.59pm AEDT on Friday 21 December 2018. 

    Entries not received by that time & date or not completed in accordance with the Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.

    Prize

    Major Prize: A ‘Jump Rope turns 35!’ birthday party hosted by the Jump Rope for Heart team at the winner’s school, including:

    Two Jump Rope for Heart team members to attend with ‘Happy Heart’ mascot
    Skipping Demonstration Team to attend and perform (if available)
    Birthday cake and healthy snacks to be provided

    Minimum prize pool is valued at $100.

    The actual date for the party will be negotiated with the winner’s school to ensure a mutually acceptable date is selected within 3 months of the prize draw date.

    If any portion of the prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for that portion of the prize, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the relevant regulator.

    Prize value correct at the time of printing.

    Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

    Who can enter

    Contest is open to Australian residents aged 4 to 14 whose school is registered to participate in Jump Rope for Heart 2018 in Term 4 and are also registered to participate in online fundraising for Jump Rope for Heart 2018. 

    Employees and volunteers of the promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

    How to enter

    Eligible participants will be entered automatically upon raising $500 online.

    Only one entry per person is permitted.

    Prize Draw/s

    The odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. 

    Neither the promoter nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. 

    The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    All prize/s are guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all methods of entry of this contest.

    All prize draws and redraws will take place at Level 3, 80 William St, East Sydney NSW 2011 at 12pm AEDT on Tuesday 7 January 2019.

    If a prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, a redraw will be conducted on Monday 8 April 2019. 

    Notification

    Winners will be notified in writing by phone or email where possible. The winners' names will be published on https://www.heartfoundation.org.au/jump-rope-for-heart/competitions. Winners of redraws (if any) will be published on https://www.heartfoundation.org.au/jump-rope-for-heart/competitions.     Contest can be entered by completing the Parent Feedback Survey (provided to parents of prospective entrants by email) in full and telling us in 25 words or less your best piece of advice for another parent helping their child to fundraise for Jump Rope for Heart.
