Donation receipts

Due to end of financial year and the ongoing lockdowns in several states, we are currently experiencing some delays in processing and receipting of donations.

Posted Receipts, Forms and Documents

If you have made a donation and require a posted receipt, the lockdowns in several states has unfortunately created some delays. We are looking at alternative ways to distribute posted receipts and documents as soon as possible. We understand that this may create an inconvenience to some of our generous donors and we sincerely apologise.

Electronic Receipts

If you have made a donation and opted for an electronic receipt, these are being processed as normal.

Rest assured that regardless of any delay, if you made a donation on or before 30 June, you will be issued with a tax receipt relating to the financial year ending 30 June 2021.

You may be able claim a tax deduction for your donation by using other records such as your bank statement. You should discuss this with your financial advisor before lodging your tax return.
