Our strategy

Connecting Hearts Strategy 2021-2023

Our Connecting Hearts strategy is our three-year plan that accelerates us towards our vision of an Australia free of heart disease. The strategy builds upon the excellent foundation of ‘One Heart’ but critically looks to boost our impact in our strategic pillars of Research, Risk Reduction and Support & Care.

Our ambition is to provide the greatest community benefits. We shall achieve this by more philanthropic and commercially minded driven by sustainable income growth and people development.

Our Connecting Hearts strategy is set to strengthen our connections. We will focus on connecting our strategic activities to better support the community we serve; including people at risk of living with heart disease, researchers, donors and partner organisations.

We encourage everyone to help make an impact and invite you to connect with us to make our vision a reality.
