Charter for Active Kids - A Blueprint for active and healthy children in Western Australia
The Heart Foundation has joined with other member organisations of the Children's Physical Activity Coalition (CPAC) to develop the Charter for Active Kids. The Charter, launched on 22 July, identifies key strategies that will increase physical activity among children and adolescents in Western Australia. Each of the action points in the Charter’s 10 Point Plan is supported by key research findings. The Charter is an urgent call to action for the Western Australian Government and community to afford greater priority to childhood physical activity.
