Every year the Heart Foundation holds a Remembrance and Thanksgiving service at the beautiful St Patrick’s Cathedral. We warmly extend an invitation for to you to join us on this very special occasion.
In attendance will be many bereaved families who have lost loved ones to cardiovascular disease. This makes the service very special to the Heart Foundation. It not only provides the unique opportunity to come together to remember those who have lost their lives to cardiovascular disease, but also allows us to give thanks for those who have survived.
This year’s service will be held on Sunday 6 May at 2pm, and will be followed by afternoon tea.
This year will be the 19th year the Heart Foundation has held this multidenominational service.
If you are interested in attending the service, please contact Laura Moorfield on (03) 9321 1567 or by email.
