• 'Gold Charity' entries; exclusive for official charity partners

The Heart Foundation is one of the official charity partners of City2Surf and consequently has 20 exclusive ‘Gold Charity’ entries. All of the runners using one of these special golden entries will begin in a new ‘Gold Start’ section, just behind the Red Start group and in front of Green Starters in Park Street.

Please note, as places are strictly limited, gold entries will be given to runners on the strength of their commitment to fundraising. If chosen, we ask you to commit to a minimum fundraising pledge of $1,000.

All gold entry runners will have access to our VIP marquee, be given a running shirt as well as receiving ongoing training and fundraising tips.

As a Gold Charity, the Heart Foundation also has access to the designated Charity Cheer Zone along the course of the race. Charities are allowed to invite a select number of supporters to cheer on runners.

Everyone who signs up to run for Team Heart Foundation will be helping to fight heart disease – Australia’s number one killer of men and women.
