ART UNION PERMIT CONDITIONS:  Permit No: 137178 issued on 15 August 2011 authorises the sale of 161,500 tickets at $2 each throughout Queensland from 1/02/12 to 13/04/12 for the National Heart Foundation of Australia (Queensland Division). Major prize/s drawn: 1.00pm AEST 13/04/12 at Brisbane BMW.  Early Bird Prize will be drawn at 1.00pm AEST 23/03/12 at Apple Marketing Group, Level 10 Australia Fair Shopping Centre, Marine Parade Southport QLD 4215.  The draw will be conducted using a random number generating system.  Customers who purchase at least 10 tickets by the early bird date will receive one entry into the draw.   Results will be published in The Courier Mail on 18/04/12.  Winners notified.
