The vision of the South Australian Cardiovascular Health Research Network is to build, support and nurture a vibrant and growing cardiovascular health research community in South Australia. We aim to attract and retain world class researchers in South Australia, to improve the productivity and increase the competitive funding obtained by researchers. 

The South Australian Cardiovascular Health Research Network strives to facilitate connection and knowledge sharing among researchers to increase awareness and collaboration within the South Australian cardiovascular health research community and improve understanding and communication between a diverse group of cardiovascular health stakeholders.

The South Australian Cardiovascular Health Research Network was launched on 5 November, 2009.
