Welcome to the Heart Foundation Jump Rope for Heart website.

Each year Heart Foundation Jump Rope attracts over 400,000 school students, in over 2,300 schools around the country - we've given Australian schools enough rope to stretch from Sydney to Perth!

Heart Foundation Jump Rope for Heart is all about teaching school children how to keep fit and healthy. Conducted by school teachers, children learn physical activities like rope-jumping to improve their strength, gaining confidence and stamina to extend their physical abilities elsewhere.

Students who participate in Heart Foundation Jump Rope for Heart have lots of fun with their peers. At the same time, they are learning about helping to save Australian lives by asking family and friends to sponsor them for being a part of this fun program.

If you would like your child to be a part of this fantastic program, contact their teacher or principal about Heart Foundation Jump Rope for Heart.

If your child is already participating in Heart Foundation Jump Rope for Heart, we thank you in advance for supporting the Heart Foundation and the fight against cardiovascular disease.
