Would you like an easy to run physical activity program which your students will enjoy? Then register with the Heart Foundation Jump Rope for Heart program! Jump Rope for Heart is a fun, healthy and challenging program designed especially for school children. The program teaches children about the importance of physical activity and heart health and most importantly, it is fantastic fun!

Once registered, your school will receive a free comprehensive resource kit from the Heart Foundation to conduct skipping and fundraising over a three-to-ten week period of your choosing. Your kit contains everything you need to coordinate the program, from skipping ropes and music CD, to a comprehensive Teacher's Manual with lesson plans. Register online now!
