Melbourne Renegades Cricket Team                                  Melbourne Renegades coach Simon Helmot: "Our players have detailed training scheduled and a vital part of my work as head coach is to make sure we include some fun skipping skills in our sessions. This helps improve the agility and reflexes of our players, which is so important in a fast-paced game like T20".     For more information on Melbourne Renegades click here

Melbourne Tigers Basketball Team                                      Lucas Walker recalls fond memories from participating in the program as a child: "Jump Rope for Heart was such a fun way to be active through skipping. It taught me the importance of heart health, plus we learnt some pretty cool tricks! I can definitely thank all that jumping for helping me with my slam dunks".                    For more information on Melbourne Tigers click here

Melbourne Heart Soccer Team                                                        Aziz Behich, Melbourne Heart player: "Jump Rope for Heart shouid be part of every childhood! Skipping is a fun and cheap way for children and families to be active together. Skipping and playing soccer in the backyard with my siblings when i was younger definitely helped me get where I am today".                        For more information on Melbourne Heart click here
