5 Fun Ways to Kids' Health & Fitness
The 5 Fun Ways to Kids' Health & Fitness website is for kids and teachers. It includes guidelines and lesson ideas that present a holistic and fun approach to balancing nutrition and physical activity in order to achieve health and fitness. The guidelines have been developed by the Heart Foundation, the Australian Council for Health, Physical Education and Recreation (ACHPER), Kellogg Australia and a working party of experts in nutrition, physical activity and children's health.
