Travel Grants  

The Heart Foundation offers Travel Grants for early career Australian cardiovascular researchers to travel overseas and present their research at international conferences.  These awards are also available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples travelling to present their research at conferences within Australia or overseas.

Applicants are only eligible to receive two grants throughout their lifetime.

Closing dates
There are three rounds of Travel Grants per year. Closing dates for 2012 are as follows:

Round 1: Closed
For conferences commencing in January, February, March, April & May 2012

Round 2: Closed
For conferences commencing in June, July, August & September 2012

Round 3: 10 August 2012
For conferences commencing in October-December 2012 and January-February 2013
