Did you know that sitting for too long can have negative impacts upon your health?
It’s very easy to sit too much. At work, school and home, Australians are sitting for long periods of time each day with adults spending more than half of their waking hours sitting!

It only takes small changes in your routine to reduce the amount of time you sit each day and to improve your heart health.
