Eat Smart Play Smart is a training manual that promotes healthy eating and active play for children that attend outside school hours care (OSHC). It will support educators and OSHC service providers to complement the delivery of healthy eating and physical activity education appropriate for each child.
The manual has had documented success in helping OSHC providers to serve healthier food that meet adequate dietary requirements, to offer more active play opportunities, to build educator learning and to improve children's life and cooking skills.
