Governance

The current structure of the Heart Foundation comprises of a federated charity with eight state and territory divisions, and a national body with a binding Memorandum of Understanding that provides a framework for operations.

A review of the Heart Foundation governance structure is underway which will determine if the current structure is appropriate to take the organisation forward.

Being a federated charity we have office bearers for the national body and divisional bodies.  We also release national and division annual reviews.
