Travel Grants are an exciting opportunity for the Heart Foundation to support the development of early career cardiovascular researchers.  Travel Grants are available to support Australian researchers travelling to present their cardiovascular research at an conference overseas.  They are also available to Indigenous health researchers travelling to present their research in Australia. Applicants are only eligible to recieved two grants in their pre- and post-doctoral training.

Closing dates
There are three rounds of travel grants across the year. Closing dates are as follows:

Travel Grants- Round 1: 5 February 2010
For travel in January, February, March, April & May 2010

Travel Grants- Round 2: 9 April 2010
For travel in June, July, August & September 2010

Travel Grants- Round 3: 9 August 2010
For travel in October-December 2010 & January-February 2011
