Universal ambulance cover consultation

The Heart Foundation would like key stakeholders, other interested groups and members of the public to give feedback on an independent discussion paper about universal ambulance cover, written by Dr Bill Coote. Feedback will inform the development of a Heart Foundation position statement on universal ambulance cover.
