Heart Week 2008

Two out of three Australian families are affected by heart disease. HeartWeek is all about getting parents to get active with their children.

In many states and territories we are holding local memorial services to remember loved ones who have died from heart disease.

Further details regarding dates and locations will be published here as soon as they come to hand.
