2008 Research Funding

The Heart Foundation is proud to announce its research award offers for 2008. These exceptional researchers are undertaking innovative research which will help the Heart Foundation continue to improve the heart health of all Australians.  

Over the last 45 years, the Heart Foundation has invested more than $189 million in research! This year we will award around 190 awards to the value of over $12 million.

In 2008 we are funding: 

  • 21 Postgraduate Scholarships.
  • Postdoctoral Fellowships. 
  • 2 Overseas Research Fellowships.
  • 5 Career Development Fellowships. 
  • 58 Grants-In-Aid.
