We produce a range of helpful and practical heart health information for patients, their families and the general public. This information covers:

  • healthy living: ideas to help you and your family to have a healthy heart and reduce your risk of heart disease, including tips for quitting smoking, healthy eating and increasing your everyday physical activity
  • heart diseases, diagnoses and treatments: including coronary angioplasty, angiograms, stents, surgery, heart failure and stroke
  • blood cholesterol and blood pressure levels: including maintaining healthy levels
  • warning signs of a heart attack
  • CPR.

To order our publications, please call our Heart Health Information Service on 1300 36 27 87 or complete our online brochure request form.

Use of Heart Foundation resources
Heart Foundation resources are copyright publications available in printed and/or electronic formats.

When individuals or organisations external to the Heart Foundation want to distribute our printed resources, they need prior written approval from the Heart Foundation to do so. We need to give approval before we will fill an order for resources. Applicants need to access two documents:

  • an information document that explains the process
  • a form that the applicant must complete before an application can be considered.

If you would like to distribute our printed resources, please call 1300 36 56 58 and ask for these documents to be sent to you.

To keep the approval process quick, we only review fully completed forms and those that abide by the Inserts Use terms and conditions. Applicants must supply all the information as requested.

The Heart Foundation reserves the right to grant or refuse approval to use our resources.
