The Heart Foundation produces a wide range of heart health information for patients, their families and the general public.
This includes lifestyle information such as enjoying healthy eating, being physically active, quitting smoking and achieving and maintaing a healthy weight. We also have a range of information booklets on heart disease diagnoses and treatments such as coronary angiography, coronary angioplasty, heart valve surgery and bypass surgery.
Our range of helpful practical booklets also covers topics like maintaining healthy blood cholesterol and blood pressure levels as well tips on incorporating more physical activity into your every day routine and ideas on how to make easy, lasting healthy eating changes.

Use of Heart Foundation Resources
The Heart Foundation resources are copyright publications which are available in printed and/or electronic formats. When individuals or organisations external to the Heart Foundation intend to use or distribute our resources, they need prior written approval to do so. Approvals are required before an order for resources is filled. Applicants need to access two documents. These are:
The Heart Foundation reserves the right to grant or refuse approvals. In order to keep the approval process quick, we will review only fully completed forms and those that abide by the Inserts Use terms and conditions. The onus is therefore on the applicant to supply all the information requested.
