Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Performing CPR can help save a life - often the life of a family member or someone you know. We recommend that every adult and teenager learn this lifesaving skill.

CPR Training
Courses in Western Australia
Our Perth office discontinued its role as a service provider of CPR training on 31 December 2008.  The Royal Life Saving Society of Western Australia (RLSSWA) has now taken over the conduct of Heart Foundation CPR courses.

For information on CPR or CPR Instructor Courses, please call RLSSWA Education and Training Coordinator, Jamie Drew on (08) 9383 8200 or email.

Transfer of Heart Foundation CPR Instructor Accreditation to RLSSWA
To become an accredited RLSSWA Trainer, current Heart Foundation Instructors must complete a Trainer Accreditation Transfer Course conducted by RLSSWA before 1 December 2009.

Resources
The Heart Foundation continues to provide a range of CPR resources, including a "CPR - Saving Lives" booklet, a CPR poster and CPR wallet card. To order our resources, call our Health Information Service on 1300 36 27 87 or email us.
