As Australia's leading heart health charity, the Heart Foundation is the most trusted source of heart health information in Australia. The Heart Foundation produces an extensive range of brochures and posters for health professionals, people with heart disease and the general public. Some of these posters and booklets are fantastic resources for the classroom such as:

  • Your Heart booklet: provides general information about the heart, heart beat rate, circulation, heart attack, angina and stroke and a glossary of key terms.
  • How to Have a Healthy Heart brochure: provides information about how to lead a healthy lifestyle and prevent heart disease.
  • Heart Diagram poster: includes a diagram of the heart and amazing heart facts.
  • School Lunch Box Ideas brochure: provides tasty and healthy lunch box ideas for school children.

An exciting new catalogue, Eat Smart, Play Smart - A Manual for Out of School Hours Care, displaying all Heart Foundation resources is now available.
