Eat Smart, Play Smart
Eat Smart, Play Smart is a national program that promotes healthy eating and active play for children attending Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).
The program is for OSHC staff, parents and children attending OSHC and includes a comprehensive manual and associated training. The manual has reached over 25% of OSHC programs in Australia with documented success in serving healthier food, offering more active play opportunities, improving staff learning and improving kids' cooking skills.
